First round was logical and competency based assessment. MCQ with basic engineering questions and logical reasoning. Second round was a full day in cork site where there was individual interviews as well as a group based interview. Group based interview was a scenario in which you were planning STEM events in a univiersity over the course of a month. Hurdle was the length of the allotted time being shortened last-minute.
