The interview was a pretty standard video interview process (over Zoom). The hiring coordinator took awhile (2-3 weeks) to respond to my email about times to schedule it. Then, I was pretty much lead on after the interview with "we'll follow up with you after x amount of time"-- being told this a couple times. In the end, I received an automated rejection email. As being one that has interviewed at other institutions, I found the leading on and lack of communication to be very unprofessional on their part. It seems to me like their hiring process is mismanaged either by their department or university.
