Went through a questionnaire to grasp basic customer support tasks (even though the role was for a Virtual Assistant), went through interviews with co-founder and 2 operations team members. Decent experience overall, friendly team and boss.

They would send out a form with a personality test. It was more difficult than needed for a position that seemed to be based on customer service assistance. There was nothing related to the actual job, it was more like a screening.

I had to take like three competency tests, film a video, and do so all in very short time limits. As I had a job when I was doing all of this, I found it challenging to do these tasks in my limited free time. In the end I was not hired and it felt like a lot of wasted time for what seemed like a not totally involved job. The tests were easy, but repetitive and seemed irrelevant.
