Overall interview process was encouraging, it formally had 3 rounds, each round was challenging. Entire process was well planned and organized. First round was HR round where was tested about my ability, stability and sustainability, was tested on my background was briefed about the motive of round and then was interviewed. second round had more to do with technical stuff and my technical ability specific to profile I was been interview. and third round was more on HR negotiations and discussions. overall process was smooth and streamlined
