Telephone interview - 2nd and final stage would be face to face. They hire internally and do not give candidates who applied through a recruitment company a chance as it costs them money! If you do not want to fork out for recruitment company fees then ban them from advertising for you and do it yourself! You miss out on experience gained from years and years in the financial services industry, just to save a few quid.
