They are concerned mostly about how you will fit in with the group and then if you can do the job without being babysit. They are a very close knit group and do not want anyone to come in and mess that up. I found the position on Craigslist and had a call for interview about a week after sending in my resume. The process wasn't very formal and they dress very casually.
