Applied Online through LinkedIn and received an email from the recruiter 10 days later. The email had a link for an online interview submission. I had 90 seconds to record a video response to each of 5 questions asked. I was disappointed that none of the questions had anything to do with the role i was applying for.

I applied online. The recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen was very casual, he did not really ask me about my background or anything related to the position. I received an email (calendar invite) next day for scheduling phone interview with the manager. I picked a few time slots and submitted my request. I never received a confirmation so I followed up with the recruiter and he never wrote me back. I would not want to work for a company that treats candidate this way. I felt very insulted. This company really need to improve recruiting process and provide professional training to rude and immature recruiters.

It was pleasant and well structured in the beginning but then got completely dissolved. Had couple of calls and feedback in between but no follow up after even though there was meant to be a third round. It would have been helpful if they provided a constructive feedback after.
