The interview process took one and half month. Though they show you that they are open minded, no dress code policy, and relaxed work space but while making decisions they are too old school. They wasted my time and energy by calling me on-site twice and also rejecting twice. After second technical round they told me that I was not selected but after two days the recruiter again calls and tell me that the position is again open and can I come for on-site interview and then again told me that my skills don't match their team's expectations. Expect for the manager no technical team member was present on-site to take the interview, all used google hangout to call-in. Why to take on-site interview when you don't have confirmation from your own team members about their availability. This is insane as I felt insulted. This shows that the BOX company's hiring process is very unprofessional and wastage of time.
