I've never interacted with a company that works faster than Box. I attended a Box happy hour on Thursday night, (called Drink & Sync) had great conversations with a few attending Boxers, and was called that night asking if I could come in Friday morning for on-site interviews. After a 5 person, 2 hour, round-robin interview process, I left the building and on my way back to my current office I received a call asking if I could interview with their Dir. of Sales... in 13 minutes! I said, "13 minutes from now is perfect" and after another great call, I waited anxiously until receiving my offer letter Monday morning. I also found the interviewers to be extremely approachable and genuine. Instead of spending their time trying to stump you, they try to figure out what motivates you, what kind of success you've experienced already, and what makes you passionate about working for Box. Unbelievably efficient, based upon interview processes I thought were quick before dealing with Box!

Initial call with talent acquisition (Zoom). Then a call with hiring manager (Zoom). Then a call with another senior member of the sales team (Zoom). Then a presentation to your hiring manager and two other senior sales team members about how you would target a chosen prospect (Zoom). Finally, an in person interview with the VP of EMEA sales and a tour round the office.

Initial screening call, manager interview, panel interview with four members of the team. Overall great experience. The entire team really made me feel comfortable throughout the process and offered great insight into the role.

How do you handle working with people with different/difficult personalities?
Start by going thru recruiter, then you chat with hiring manager, then you have a written assignment, and meet the team at the end. Some technical questions are also involved as well as a presentation about me and how you would prospect.
