I had a phone screen with the cofounder and one of his questions for me was, "what do you know about me?" It was a major turn off for me that some could be so egotistical right out the gate. Very quickly figured out that it wasn't a place for me. I told my recruiter not to proceed should they want next steps.

It was thorough but transparent and quick. From start to finish it was about 3 weeks. While I was not offered the role, I made it through the final interview, so this time frame does not include the time to draw up and send an offer.
The process included several virtual rounds that felt professional and friendly. It felt very conversational, and the panel role-play was engaging and well organized. Everyone I met was nice, though real-time feedback was limited and timelines could’ve been clearer. Overall, positive experience.
