Process took almost two months between applying online to the final interview panel. This extended timeline was drawn out further by it often taking more than three days to schedule appointments. These delays in scheduling added a lot of stress on my end since my weekly calendar fills up very quickly. After a short remote technical screen the onsite portion was broken into two half day interview panels spread out over a couple weeks. The panels were well selected to represent a cross section of the many stakeholders for the role.

Honestly, someone needs to tell them to touch grass. Three 1-hour rounds and then another 2 loop days of 3 interviews each? I' sorry, not even Amazon does that. I don't know who they hired from a FAANG company and they copy/pasted the process but they need to realize they are far from being FAANG. 2 days of loop, they are expecting from someone to take 2 days PTO or half days to attend their process? Na-ah
The process was very clearly communicated and consisted of a meeting with HR, followed up by a meeting with a VP of Engineering. After that I was told there would be a panel in which I'd have to present a scenario to a group of employees.

Everything was good and same as expected after the coversation with HR . It was at least 3 steps for me before I get the decision. All the steps was interesting and was a pleasure to walk through them
