I submitted my application online. Approximately 2 weeks later I received an email inviting me to complete a pre-recorded interview. 3 weeks passed and I did not hear word from the recruiter. Hence, I contacted him and was informed that I was not moving forward. I would say that the recruiter was great though.......positive and very professional.

I applied online. The recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen was very casual, he did not really ask me about my background or anything related to the position. I received an email (calendar invite) next day for scheduling phone interview with the manager. I picked a few time slots and submitted my request. I never received a confirmation so I followed up with the recruiter and he never wrote me back. I would not want to work for a company that treats candidate this way. I felt very insulted. This company really need to improve recruiting process and provide professional training to rude and immature recruiters.

It was pleasant and well structured in the beginning but then got completely dissolved. Had couple of calls and feedback in between but no follow up after even though there was meant to be a third round. It would have been helpful if they provided a constructive feedback after.
