I had one of the most remarkable experiences throughout the entire interview process. The recruiter was very supportive and attentive to details; the hiring manager and the interviewees in the panel were professional and friendly. They gave me a great perspective on the company, its values, and its mission. After all interviews, I felt emotionally attached to such a great group of people.

Honestly, someone needs to tell them to touch grass. Three 1-hour rounds and then another 2 loop days of 3 interviews each? I' sorry, not even Amazon does that. I don't know who they hired from a FAANG company and they copy/pasted the process but they need to realize they are far from being FAANG. 2 days of loop, they are expecting from someone to take 2 days PTO or half days to attend their process? Na-ah
The process was very clearly communicated and consisted of a meeting with HR, followed up by a meeting with a VP of Engineering. After that I was told there would be a panel in which I'd have to present a scenario to a group of employees.

Everything was good and same as expected after the coversation with HR . It was at least 3 steps for me before I get the decision. All the steps was interesting and was a pleasure to walk through them
