Initial interview with Box recruiter was more of a hallway conversation and didn't see how the discussion would help him evaluate me as a potential candidate for the next steps in the process.

Applied online via a LinkedIn job posting matching my profile.
This created a jobvite application.
I was contacted via email by a great HR representative with the company who setup an initial call with another recruiter.
Had an initial phone screen and then a call was setup with hiring manager.
This all took place within a couple of days.
Calls were all very professional and pleasant.
After hiring manager was asked to visit office for a 3.5 to 4 hour interview session in person, but this was pushed out a week due to conflicts with the team doing the interviews and I accepted another offer that came in the mean time.
A very positive and professional process.
