I received an email saying they had received my resume. A few days later someone reached out on behalf of another internal recruiter to schedule a phone screen. I was asked for times that I was available and once given, I was scheduled a half hour over the phone interview. Internal recruiter asked general questions and also gave a very good overview of position, expectations and company culture.
The interviewer called late, asked basic interview questions, and mentioned following up on the next steps within the week. Didn't hear from them for weeks, then received a rejection with no explanation.

How have you utilised data in the recruitment process?
This was a 3 step process. Started with a Recruiter screen, then met with the hiring manager and lastly went through a virtual panel assessment. Overall process was a very positive experience.
