I was recruited by someone in the district I worked in. Went through 4 different interviews, each person higher up in the company than the last. 2 interviews were in person, 2 were over the phone. Lots of contact with the DM throughout.

Interviewed with a training store manager first, then my eventual district manager, then one of the regional managers. It was a long process and took about 3 months from the first interview to the job offer.
