Pretty easy interview, was pretty casual and the hiring manager was nice. I was called to one a day after I applied via Indeed and was asked simple questions mainly pertaining to the store.

What franchises from the store would be your strengths and weaknesses?
Applied online and got an email back within 3 days asking me to answer a few questions. Got another email back within a week saying they would like to set up an interview with me and to call them during their business hours to set up an interview.
Really chill asked questions about experiences my lifestyle and pop culture influences and other general interview questions really easy going and easy to understand and talk to asked fun and serious questions. Was a walk in after applying online and interviewed me on the spot.

Over Zoom, asked a few basic questions and asked for availability. Questions were answered honestly and efficiently, and the hiring manager was very transparent about the requirements and expectations of the position.
