I worked in a similar position in the past, and I feel they asked some questions that I did not expect as a server. I am certain I did well on a majority of the answers, except two questions. I later found out that someone in the company said I "interviewed poorly". I believe that is not only rude to say, but unprofessional. Just because you do not know a few questions, does not mean you interview poorly.
