1st interview was a quick and easy phone interview with a recruiter.
2nd interview was a Zoom call with 3 regional managers. I personally hadn't interviewed in 6+ years at the time, but I'd say that's an intimidating jump for most people. Biggest issue is the interviewers sat with their backs to a window, which put the camera out of contrast and I could barely see their faces.
I also didn't love having to provide a full set of references prior to actually interviewing. That should be a final step when offer is almost in hand.
Admittedly though, I was more unprepared than anything.
Best recommendations: don't expect a casual interview, narrow down your best talking points beforehand and just relax. Show your personality.
