WOKE! no questions about my experience working in the maintenance field. Scary interview. And the manager promoting the companies woke policy's. Was a turn off. Also from interviewing other employees they don't seem to work at this company long.

I passed the assessment and got the offer by phone. Went in and met with the property manager. she said I was great for the job then the portfolio manager called and she said great when can you start.

As soon as i met my supervisor we immediately understood what was expected from the position being sought out. He was looking for not just a candidate who could fulfill the job duties but someone with a personality with the drive to learn.
