I met with the General Manager and Director of Operations for my interview. It was not a difficult interview. They both asked the general questions you always hear in an interview (e.g. How can you contribute to this company? What are your long term goals? What kind of salary are you expecting? etc.) The most difficult part wasn't even the interview; it was the waiting period from the interview until I got the offer letter. Nearly a month passed by in that period. The background check is what took so long. I took the drug test about a week before I received the offer letter. Overall, the process was not difficult.
