I went through two rounds of interview with Brafton. The process was fine, I was asked standard interview questions about my experience and what I know about the industry. After two rounds of interview I never heard back from the company despite chasing multiple times. Despite emailing several members of staff (including several in senior positions) the status of my job application is still unknown. It is clear that this company is either very disorganised or straight-up rude. In the end I am glad the process ended as it did as Brafton were offering a salary well below market rate, and the way I was treated following the interviews makes me believe working for the company would be just as unpleasant.
