Straightforward focusing on skills and past experience
People oriented (no HR small talk and unnecessary delays)
The screening period is very short
You might be called out of the blue and be asked if you can come for the interview the same day
The same attitude can be seen throughout the company where if you propose something that makes sense you will get and Ok before you ask for it
