Initial communications: The person who opened the door for me didn't say hi and looked down, sort of ignoring me. Not really the best first impression Perception of work culture: seems tight knit, teamwork is valued, open office space, hardworking people, lots of meetings Perception of people: the senior management seemed a little snobby and gave off a vibe of superiority and elitism. If that's your thing.. Junior staff seemed hard working. The interview was a little sales-y to me.. that raised a red flag.
