Colloquio
I submitted my resume via an online job site and was contacted within 5 days to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was very easy and very basic "getting to know me" questions as well as giving me the run down on the actual position and salary/benefits.
I was then contacted the following week to come to an in person interview at their Chicago office. I was told upfront to block out 2.5 hours for this in person interview. Upon arrival, I was given a tour of the offices (imagine any tech/startup office you've seen in movies - scooters/ 2 kitchens/ game room/ a bar etc). Then I was given a Wonderlic test. Then I met with 2 separate managers in my department for a "get to know you" followed by 2 other employees for another "get to know you". Lastly the original 2 managers came back and i was given two logic questions to answer with no time limit but they sat there and watched me work my way through them.
After that is was roughly 8 days before they reached out to get professional references and then another 8 days before I was given the offer. All in all - from the day i submitted my resume to the day I was hired it was 34 days.

Colloquio
Interview began with a phone interview and then was followed by a take home email test where you were asked to answer a theoretical customer email. Then there was a 2.5 hour in house interview. I was given an office tour, had to sign a non disclosure agreement and then took a Wonderlic test. This was followed by an interview with 2 staff members and then a room change and a 2nd interview with 2 additional staff members. During the second interview I was also asked to work through two different logic problems.

Colloquio
After a phone interview, I was invited to interview in person. The 3 hour tour / triple interview process was unique and awesome. I was guided through their entire space at Merchandise Mart and was invited to ask as many questions as I wished. Very casual and relaxed interviewing, felt more like a conversation. The first part consisted of a Wonderlic test, did a few practice rounds days before the interview that helped a lot. The final part consisted of 2 logic questions, where you will solve/talk it through with your interviewers, which I did fairly well on the first, and nailed the second one. All in all great experience but unfortunately did not receive an offer for the position (notified one week later as promised). Granted I lacked in experience, but believed in the purpose of their mission so I was persistent to land an interview.
