They are very intense. I had to participate in a behavioral interview first, and then do a coding challenge. They then had software engineers at the company evaluate my submission for the coding challenge for coding practices such as testing and comments, etc. Had my submission met their standard, I would have had to complete a technical interview, and then go into the office to do pair programming with one of their engineers, and then go to lunch with the people at the office.
