The recruiter reached out for an initial overview and interest-check. After that, I met with the VP of Sales (who would be my direct manager). Then I was in a panel interview with a current BDR, a Commercial RD, and the Sr Director of Strategic Partnerships. Following that, I had a working session where I had to come up with a 6-month growth plan. On that working session was the VP of Sales, Commercial RD, and Sr Dir of Strat Partnerships. Due to the importance of this position, the last conversation was with the CEO.
From start to finish, the process was 13 days. While it was incredibly quick, the team did a phenomenal job of keeping it genuine and human throughout.

A long process but worth it
Multiple interviews with different departments helps you learn about the organization as well.
Case study round will be a great exercise to present your candidature.
Overall, the support provided by HR and the hiring manager is unmatchable.

Branch ran a 10/10 interview process. The recruiting team kept me updated every step of the way and I rarely went more than 24 hours without feedback or comms around next steps. They made me feel valued and respected my time. In doing so they gave me a glimpse into their internal culture which went a long way in my decision!
