After I applied, I was contacted the same day for a preliminary phone interview. That interview was with an HR rep and was pretty straightforward. After that I went to the office for an in person interview with the operations supervisor. Both interviews were simple and seemed mainly to get a feel for me as a person and not to really challenge or confuse the candidate.

I got a call from the recruitment officer asking about my qualifications and my career interest with Braun Intertec. After a couple of weeks, I got booked for skype interview. The skype interview was more on scenarios what my actions wound be. I got tested about being an introvert versus extrovert.
