You had to take part in a one sided interview where questions would pop up and you would be recorded whilst answering them , this wanst too bad and there was no one on the other side of the call , then if successful you would take place in a group interview with the other candidates there was about 5 of us , we then had to plan and present a plan for a social media campaign for the company and also had to reply to a mock complaint letter , we where then told out times for our individual interviews with your typical interview questions and you would then in the next few days find out if you where successful

A recorded video interview followed by an in person interview with a manger, double checking your pre-existing brand knowledge and your understanding of company goals. While there were some normal interview questions it was more about having a normal conversation about the role and you as a person.
