It was simple. Basic interview questions. It is heavy on personality. Looking for outgoing people that would mesh well with the crew that they are trying to maintain. Other than that, I would say they have a couple managers interview and then training a few days long

There wasn't any interview process at all. Just basic questions like past experience, when you are available to work, if you have a work permit, etc. No need to prepare for anything.
