      Went through 4 rounds of interviews: 1. Brief introduction with recruiter 2. Meet team manager for 30 min chat 3. Meet VP of customer success with team manager for 45 min chat 4. Presentation for VP of customer success, team manager and other customer success manager My complaint isn't with the process above but what happened after I was told I had been unsuccessful. I got an email from the recruiter to say I was unsuccessful, but that I was being referred internally for a Technical Account Manager role. I wanted to interview straight away but it took the recruiter almost 3 weeks to get back to me with a date. The recruiter had no idea about my progression to the final round for Customer Onboarding Manager, and didn't seem interested in me at all. To make matters worse the recruiter told me that the role had already been filled. Very disappointing

      there were four rounds, one with recruiter, one with hiring manager, one with panel from team, final one with senior manager. people were very nice. panel interview was a presentation to prepare beforehand.

      Colloquio

      Overall the interview process was quick but intensive. I heard back from the recruiter within a few days of applying and had a phone screen. I then had an interview with the hiring manager and attended a recruiting event which was a great opportunity to meet the team and learn more about Braze's culture. For the final round interview I had to create a 30 minute project kickoff call and answer a few questions via email. The presentation was intensive and required ~8 hours of prep time. I then presented to 4 members of the team followed by behavioral questions, and received an offer the following day.

      Colloquio

      1) Interview with the hiring manager for 30 minutes. I was made to feel at ease and it was very conversational despite the questions being very specific regarding my experience. I had a really good impression of the company based upon this first interview. 2) A panel interview with 3 attendees, where I was asked to present a 30 minute presentation on an onboarding plan using a case study. This took a significant amount of time to prepare but the task itself was engaging. The interviewers were very welcoming, but asked challenging questions, especially "what alternative structures could you have used for your onboarding plan", because if you hadn't considered several approaches this could have you stumped! Overall the process was efficient and communication was regular and very clear. I was impressed with how it was dealt with.
