Long, confusing, and demeaning. The process took over 6 weeks. I went weeks without feedback I was told I would have in days. I was not given clear direction on next steps.

Received a good overview of the role & company in the first conversation. Also got to meet some direct teammates in the next round as well. It was a little confusing to understand who was the owner of the process though, as I was in contact with multiple recruiters
