I had an interview with a recruiter. Then I had an interview with the manager. Then they told me that they were going to give me a 60 minute entire test. I was going to back out after that because I find these tests very dehumanizing as I’ve never been tested in an interview and everything you can learn on excel you can learn on the job it’s really not anything so crazy. So after having such incredible interviews they rejected me because I did poorly on one exam. I literally currently have the role that they are interviewing me for. I’ve had nothing but analyst experience for years. I know what I’m doing. But they don’t base it off of you as a person, they base it off of a test
