It consisted of several rounds of interviews with the hiring manager, team and general manager - each one of varying degrees of formalities. The intial get-to-know interview then progressed to a more in-depth review of past experiences and general Q&A to solicit responses for hypothetical scenarios. The main difficulty of the interview was in the Case Assignment, where I was tasked to provide an end-to-end implementation strategy for a hypothetical client integrating Braze and partner technologies - My resourcefulness, ability to articulate technical and non technical concepts to a audience with varying degrees of technical background, and an ability to handle Q&A from a tough audience was key to this interview. I believe you need to stand out with the case, as it holistically assess your technical knowledge as well as Client facing skillset well
