Took over an hour and half, when asked about salary range, gave them my range from 75k-80k which for my experience level was more than a fair salary and probably under. As soon as I mentioned it when asked the whole room shifted to a negative experience. Apparently they never filled the position because a month later after I had accepted a position for 90k a year they reposted it. And two months after that it was reposted again. So don't expect a good salary at this place. From what I have seen on the other reviews and salary offers, its been pretty low. There are many other places in Waco and Central TX that will pay you much better.
