First interview was very impersonal and rushed, but seemed promising. I was offered a second interview within 24hrs. The second one was very personal, but interviewer spent time trying to scare me off from the position instead of listing benefits. Despite this I was interested in the role and proceeded. Company then ghosted me and never reached out several weeks later.
