Went through 3 different rounds of interviews with this company. Got told by recruiter about next steps in the hiring process and then a week later, I received a rejection email from the recruiter. When asked about what feedback can I get about why I wasn't selected, I got the generic we were fortunate enough to have numerous quality candidates for this position. Not very transparent during this process.
