Quick but to the point. I was surprised how professional it was! Tre recruiters didn't ask trivial nor repetitive questions. It was one of the best interviews I had. I rate it as difficult, as I obviously did have to prove my qualities! Though it was honest, no stress and very thorough at the same time.

From the very beginning I felt like being valuable candidate and everyone - from recruitment team, SME, HR admin were honestly interested what I have to say not only about my experience, but also about my expectations. I had two stages of interview. I with Brickendon SME - very professional, well prepared and interviewer asked me technical question about Project Management and about my experience. He introduced me Brickendon as very family company and informed about me next steps. II with client - also very professional and nice chat. I was asked about my experience and some cases with stakeholder management. Overall I am very satisfied with my recruitment process. It was smooth, I stayed with recruitment all the time in contact. I wish everyone such great recruitment process.
