I was given a phone call that had a recorded message telling me to call back with answers to questions that were in the message. After that first phone questionnaire, I received emails asking about available work times and when I could possibly show up for an interview. The in-person interview was nice. Instead of being in a tiny room, we had the interview in the manager's office. After this first interview, we had a second one, which was more of a training. I was taught company policy and how they teach their students.
