Had 3 interviews, didn't end up getting an answer or response. Administrator basically ghosted me. No follow up, email or letter in the mail stating they decided to go with another candidate. It is frustrating and easy to complain about when candidates ghost employers, but not so nice when prospective employers do it to candidates
