Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I spoke with other candidates who went through the process, and we all felt a general lack of respect. Some of the questions asked were not closely related to the role. While I understand the founder may have been trying to assess our thinking process, the approach felt overly subjective and dismissive, leaving us feeling undervalued. In the end, the interview experience made me feel that not joining the company might actually be for the best.
