2) Interviewed with the principle and assistant principle, easy and comfortable interview
3) Got hired and a week later they sent me the contract

Very quick. Straightforward. There was an opening and the Assistant Principle was eager to fill. Asked questions and I gave a reply. I was open to a new opportunity. I asked a few questions and filled out the paperwork
