Awful! The interviewers were late and it was obvious that the reception staff were often rushed and treated badly - they kept apologising for minor things. The interviewers were expectedly very formal, but also rudely expressed their views about how one should treat more senior people in the business. In a way, junior staff need to know their place, since other people in the business were from Oxbridge and need to be treated very carefully. It was also made clear that one shouldn’t initiate conversations with them, but rather make oneself useful. Horrible place in general, not to mention for young people early in their careers.
