I went to their Job fair specifically for Bridgestone. I interviewed with 3 managers on site then went to a store to interview. I found the interview process somewhat easy and it went smoothly. I was not expecting an offer as quickly as I received it. I guess when you go into an interview with confidence it shows and you are blessed due to it. I was offered a position the next day!

The interview process consisted of a phone interview, an interview at a local Firestone Auto Center and another panel interview at the local Bridgestone office. All 3 interviews were done in the same day. Not necessary, but I had availability that day. Quick but thorough process. Not too difficult, if you have previous retail/management experience. I received an offer within 48 hours.
