Applied at a university job fair, had an on campus interview, received a follow-up interview at Akron, OH location. The interview started with HR, the a 3 engineer panel interview, the a one-on-one interview (behavioral questions) with high up management, test facility tour with "young" engineer, lunch with 3 "young" engineers, and ended the day with HR rep. Overall, the staff seemed pretty knowledgeable and asked atypical questions, which was a refreshing experience instead of getting the same old questions. Cool testing facilities and nice, new, clean-cut building. I got the impression that they do have a decent amount of young employees, but they're always being watched over by older employees; it seemed that the older group was trying to push the younger group to conform.
