First step - short phone call with HR.
Normal questions:
_ let's talk about your experience...
_ why would you like to change work?
_ which is your best acheivement?
_ do you know our company?
_ your salary expectation?
Second step - skype call with HR, your manager and manager of your manager.
Same question of above, plus questions regarding your ability to take in consideration multiple aspects in few time.
Example: "Our warehouses are full of tires cause of demand which is very low. What are you going to do?" and each time you reply something the challenge you, for exaple:
me- I am going to see if there is some niche in our offer, maybe we can convert the production in the meanwhile that the demand raises
manager - There aren't niches, what are you going to do?
and so on...
At the end the drove me crazy and I've just replied that the company shouldn't produce anymore stuff. This was very bad, after the interview I started thinking about possible solution and there are a lot:
_ renting space in some warehouse
_ check if it's possible make some maintenace plan, involving people, maybe in the future can represent an assett in order to be more efficient
So just make sure that under pressure you are able to take in conut multiple solution, doesen't matter if they are not faisable, make you think out of the box.
