Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Bridgewater Associates (Philadelphia, PA) nel mese di feb 2016
Colloquio
I interviewed with Bridgewater this past spring and was, at first, taken aback by the level of detail required of the initial application. After an initial screening of credentials and personality, you need to complete a video interview in which you answer prepared questions in one-to-two minute time frames. One try each. The next stage is a group interview which takes on a debate format, where you and other candidates will have an open discussion (moderated usually by one or two associates). Overall, intellectually stimulating and vastly different from other interview processes - enjoyable, to say the least.

First round with HR.
Second round is a group discussion. Given a topic, there is no right or wrong. I think they are trying to understand your thinking process and how you deal with problems.

Domanda 1
HR related general questions. Philosophy-like topic.

HR screen about you and your background, group discussion where you discuss an abstract philosophical question (e.g do you tax happiness, if you could make everyone believe one fact what would it be), analytical interview

Analytical debate and then further rounds discussing quantitative problems, analytical studies, etc. etc. around 4 to 5 rounds in total and also questions on resume and experience etc etc. not super chill or super intensive, nothing much else to add
