After an initial screening of credentials and personality, you need to complete a video interview in which you answer prepared questions in one-to-two minute time frames. One try each. The next stage is a group interview which takes on a debate format, where you and other candidates will have an open discussion (moderated usually by one or two associates). Overall, intellectually stimulating and vastly different from other interview processes - enjoyable, to say the least.

First round with HR. Second round is a group discussion. Given a topic, there is no right or wrong. I think they are trying to understand your thinking process and how you deal with problems.
