True to BA reputation, the phone interview was all about how did you make the decision to go to college, your first job, second job and so on. Nothing about the candidate's skills or experiences. I did read the founder's cult classic, and tried to express my decision making history in terms of personal discovery, etc. In the end, they notified me that I was not a fit. Cannot really tell exactly what the interviewer is trying to get at.
