In my phone interview there were a lot of strange lines of questioning. The interviewer often focused on minute details with apparent limited relevance. Odd battery of personality tests, including Meyers Briggs and two other tests to determine how you might behave in the workplace. Very different from other interview processes.

Every interview is recorded. You're put in a room with other candidates who are also interviewing for the same role as you (ie your competitors) for group interviews in the morning. If you're lucky, you make it to the afternoon interviews - which are done 1x1.
