I applied through my College's Career Services Website, and on the website. Overall, the interview was fine, but know that they speak very fast and ask rapid fire questions and want you to elaborate on everything you say.

Second round is a group discussion. Given a topic, there is no right or wrong. I think they are trying to understand your thinking process and how you deal with problems.

Analytical debate and then further rounds discussing quantitative problems, analytical studies, etc. etc. around 4 to 5 rounds in total and also questions on resume and experience etc etc. not super chill or super intensive, nothing much else to add
